Healthy and delicious Chinese pork chow mein with Asian wraps and sweet and spicy dipping sauce

Chinese cuisine, like pizza, has become a major component in the fast food industry, with most chow meins on takeaway menus being riddled with calories and fat. But there’s no reason why it can’t be healthy and delicious if you make it yourself. Likewise, spring rolls are traditionally deep fried, but if you use rice paper there’s virtually no cooking involved at all. Forks and knives were generally considered to be inappropriate eating tools in ancient China, since they were often used as weapons. Chopsticks therefore came to be, and today Chinese food isn’t Chinese food without them.
